Well this went from 28 clone requests to health issues, poor renders and power of the almighty H button in a space of a few hours.

Renders and vitiligo I am all for it, Not many games on here tackle a vitiligo health issue so it's something different to read and at least her render does not look like renders from the last 20 games I have played.
But I get it many come to fap first story later but with the points system at least if you don't like her then just be a dick to her I guess, become that bully that picks on people for looking different and you should not see to many scenes with her.

If you don't like something go into options push skip all text and hold down shift till that scene is over, magic I know it's the same as the mighty H key it will hide the text box on most games here, if that don't work right click, esc or even sometimes spacebar will be your friend to see Kim in all her glory.

I kind of just read and clicked without the ogling with this chicks. I mean, we got a chunker, and sheman and a ridiculously deformed complexion. The chances of seeing Kim's condition in real like is 1 in a billion.

If you are from depending on which parts of Europe it means that the odds of there being one are tiny (1 million of millions for us). I can assure you that there are more. Approximately 1-2% of the world's population has some form of vitiligo (78-156 million). Cases like Kim's are about 5-8% of people with vitiligo (3.9-12.5 million).

I get the whole "let's create women with flaws because nuance" but it's not exactly appealing. And it's not realistic. In all my travels has anyone seen a women in reality that actually looks like this?

Flaws? I can't see any. "Flaws", yes I see them. I already said I would introduce characters with what part of society believes to be "flaws". I am a happy man not being part of that part of society.

I for one don't like moans and such and wish they were quiet like most real girls are, only in porn have I ever had to listen to it.
I too turn off that part of the sound.
It still needs to be listed so other players who don't like it can turn it off also.

I personally hate the lewd sfx. (in these games generally, can't say here, never even turned on sound in the first place) They're invariably ripped straight from Japanese porn. So you have women sounding like they're being stabbed to death and the men all sound like fucking wet-vacs. NEITHER is hot.

You know, that's a really good point, too. Like, in one game (with VERY good sound/music otherwise) set in the USA, the lewd SFX included the women screaming "Ikuuuuuuu!" ("cumming" in Japanese)... Despite them being American (and two literally being Southern blondes)... Which took me out of the game enough that I turned off the sound whenever a lewd scene came up for the rest of the game.

When it comes to sex in games I have been reading Japanese visual novels for a long time now and have long got use to it, I struggle to enjoy games without any sound and always welcome a sex sound effect in Ren'Py and type games.
For me I'd rather a game have it and have the options to turn it off then not to have it at all, in saying all this some games that have sound effects just sound really bad, used the wrong sound effect all together.
But no sound during H scenes just makes me go meh and just read the text without really feeling anything.

No BGM in games makes me struggle to enjoy the game at all. Spotify can only do so much when your listening to a heavy metal vocalist attempting to summon Cthulhu while reading a sweet scene about a mom and son having their first kiss.

I use sfx (mostly) without words, provided by western girls. I don't like the Japanese voices for sex scenes for several reasons. First, I can't understand Japanese, so if a word slips, like Tiur says, I wouldn't notice it.
Second, and this is a personal taste, I agree with you that Japanese voices in porn don't look like they are enjoying it.

I also don't use sfx for the MC. It would be immersion-breaking to hear another guy moan in a sex scene where my MC is fucking someone.

Once again, I should disagree.
You have all the right to say how you think the game should be created. It's not my game. It's mine, and yours, and all the players'. The game would not exist without dev or without players.

One thing I forgot to write in the previous post, but as I started to work, didn't edit it to include, there are more people with vitiligo in the world than redheads. I usually prefer the redheads.
