It is super easy to make it at home and no no strange flavor mixes it is more or less a dessert (sweet) you need a pinapple ( the one they sell in europe is ok) you peel and slice it then you distribute some sugar (white or brown doesn't matter) and some cinamon, put it to the grill and eat it when the sugar has caramelized, (depens on you own taster of caramelization)
They suggest 3 uses,
1 ) to serve with meat, or roasted chicken
2) to add to Lettuce salad (in chunks )
3) (my favorite) as dessert with vanilla Ice cream :p
(I tried in the oven, and it is good and tasty but as true southamerican,I prefer it from the Grill )
I don't think i'd enjoy it with meats but it does sound interesting with vanilla ice cream  Thanks for the suggestion, might give that a try some day!

Can't know unless i try it, i guess  But as a Scandinavian, my access to Brazilian cuisine is rather limited :D
Got it.

They glaze the pineapple with a brown sugar glaze then rotisserie cook it Brazilian barbecue-style (churrasco) then slice off pieces as servings. It's to die for!

Umm... I feel a certain craving coming on.... I wonder if the local Brazilian churrascaria is open yet?? Excuse me... I'll be back in about an hour and a half...

MarsUltor ; Uhhh me pisate el poncho hermano / uhhh you steped on my poncho bro.
"Churrasqueria" is the most "River Plate"thing, right after "Tango" and the Argentinians as we use it (Churrasco") to refer to a steak.
The Steakhouses in Argentina and in Brazil (specially in the Rio Grade do Sul region ) are called so, with the only ecxeption is Uruguay where we call it "Chiveteria" I know that sometimes In the US they "sell" you something what Isn't really so or not from that country at least.
About the meat (I guess in the US since they have other Meat aviable it is more tastier than in Brazil itself) In Rio Grande do Sul like in Urug. and in Arg.they mostly use Pampa or Hereford, more to the north it is Zebu (not so Juicy and tasty).
Edit: Churrasqueria , Chiviteria or Parillada, most comon (for Steakhouses)

A few years ago, my son decided to do a humanitarian service commitment in the São Paulo state of Brazil for a couple of years. At the end of his service, my wife and I went there to see where he had been, and he introduced us to authentic Brazilian food (including Brazilian-ized food like pizza with peas and corn on it, and "X-Tudos" which actually bear very little resemblance to a U.S. deluxe cheeseburger, and I won't even get into ). We still like the U.S. churrascaria/rodizio restaurants, and even have one in our area that is somewhat authentic.

the other I voted for was Shortcake, and the other one that I had played was Katie's game (saying it that way because I don't want my post deleted for saying another game title in this thread)

however, funny enough, I renamed Shortcake to Skarlet, and that was before ever playing My Dorm
