After the MC returns from Aruba (Act III). It's been only an in-game week since she decided to start eating healthier, so no time for the results to show yet.

Dang. I'm on the chonky Kate path but I'm gonna have to use the switch menu to play both once her scenes open up. She's fucking hot no matter what I guess.

Not at all. On the right that is just the way Kate's ass looks. On the left, future/multiverse Kate ripped a huge fart right as the photo was being taken, that's all. (y)

[There were 2 other takes but one of the Kates blinked in one, and they both had red-eye in the other (becaause naturally it was a real image taken on film with an SLR camera...)]
