A quick edit I threw together that prevents the "angry" and the "sleep" bars from rising during their respective sections. Just dump it in My Dress Up Darling In Cinema_Data/Managed and it should be good to go.
EDIT: Further testing is required.

You just set the slider values to 0, not the sleep and anger values themselves in Marin and Marin2 code.
