I doubt there's going to be any pregnancy, I don't think I've ever seen that in any other CeLaVie games. Maybe I'm misremembering though, someone can correct me on that.

I believe we are still in the side-character story for at least a couple more episodes.

everything about gameplay is bearable, but CeLaVie Group really lost the guy who designed the models
they were the best side of their games, meanwhile for a long time, each new model instead of being more and more beautiful is... just average

You haven't completed the 70th quest.
1. Watch a romantic movie.
2. Take her sleeping to the bedroom
3. Try to undress her
4. The next day at 9 p.m., go to her OnlyFan website
5. Select the 3rd menu item.

In some episodes a final scene starts as you complete 99% of events that escalates the relationship between the mc and girls slightly, but overall it's not worth it to waste too much time trying to hunt them. Especially as the hint system seemingly always fails to show you what you need to do at the end of an episode. I just spent a few hours beating episodes 19-21 and there were no such final scenes.
