The synopsis mentions one of the characters you meet and (presumably) spend a lot of time with being an escort, which is just a euphemistic way of referring to upscale prostitutes. Since she's the only woman specifically mentioned in the synopsis besides the girlfriend, and the game is described as entering her world, it implies she's one of the characters MC will spend the most time with.
