If that creativity involves having actually prostitutes as romantic targets and MCs acting like sissys then yes, it needs to choke and die.
No one likes that (well, maybe ntr fans, but the dev has said this isn't a ntr game ), people making unwanted products fail, thats not some conspiracy internet sjws thing, that's the market speaking by itself. How many times I've seen devs try to sell prostitutes, whores or cheating gfs/wifes, etc as love interests. It does not work and never will.
You people always love telling others to not criticize a game for very obvious and significant faults, and then when the game fails you will blame them instead of the dev for delivering content no wants to pay for. Because yes, he is at 0 subs, is that because of some pirates yapping about it in a forum or because the game just fails miserably at trying to deliver to its intended audience??? Take a guess.
Moderation does its job when allowing people to apeak about the game, it is not a requirement to always give positive/bootlicking comments. It is not their job to make the forum an echo chamber or safe space for people who can't take different opinions. This is not reddit
