AFAIK you cant hide demo's or the free to play

Yeah that was sort of what I thought. So I went ahead and tried out the demo from here. Enjoyed it. Looking forward to the release. I would not have known this uses AI art if half the thread wasn't about it.

I never said I don't care about the game but the use of AI in general. Here it's a bit different, the dev made a statement on the AI usage. I just want more informations on this, especially when it states that (real?) artists/VAs have (supposedly) been working on this. You know, the thing called "being transparent".

Only seeing this now, but I love how you decide whether or not the work is garbage based on the devs giving you all the info you require rather than seeing the pictures for yourself, watching a preview or playing the demo.

God forbid you like what you see and enjoy your time with the game just to find out later on that... the reason why the artists aren't being credited is... because there were none, actually, it's been just AI, all along!

Glad to see someone else gets it. The main problem of most AI CG games is not that it's obvious that image is artificial - who cares in 2024 about that - but the fact that generated CG variate too much between prompts and you need to correct the images manually to achieve the same look in all frames of one sequence. We have 2 completely different persons on this 2 shots: different hair, different noses. You should've copy&pasted the nose and this hair curl from first to second and other shots, but you were too lazy or not enough qualified to do that. As a result the game feels lazy and cheap.

I find it hilarous how u went out of ur way to write this pharagraph and try to make a point just to show 2 images that are literally almost the same ,no way ur complaining about one pixel difference , even real artists make such mistakes very fucking often
