There's a language button on the main screen. When I select a language, that choice stays until I change it again. YMMV.

Menacing_Nut_173 Apperciate your detailed review! I have similar complaints with a lot of games too honestly. It's so hard to find a game that's just a horny dating sim without a bunch of convolted gameplay and weird ass settings, fetishes or just awful relationship dynamics like this. (Non/Dub-con, underaged characters etc).

That is the download that kept crashing and changing languages on me. I recommend not using that one specifically
