Finding a good light is the hardest thing about DAZ.
But it's best to start with HDRI-maps, it's the easiest way to set up full lighting of an object that will 100% match some real-world conditions.
Working with standard DAZ lighting usually requires more care and skill, as well as an understanding of what the light is doing in the scene.
