There's not one common answer to every case as it's going to be different case by case. However the most common ones are: 1) Dev(s) is/are gay so they make a game that suits their taste 2) Dev(s) is/are bisexual but the H-Game market as a whole is already full of straight content so they make gay games regardless of the fact that those straight oriented games are not furry

And to be real if we really need to ask this question of why furry games are such a sausage party, why is no one asking about lack of non furry gay games when compared to numbers displayed by hetero content

Confirmation bias, actually. Doing a search says it's only 38%, as far as tagged release games here go. Just search on the "furry" tag and filter out "gay". And that's a bit generous, since it also removes games that have both gay and straight content.

I mean, 38% is still notable, considering the overall percentage of gay games on F95 is around 6%, so the question still stands.

The real answer is that the furry community has *always* had a high percentage of queer folks in it, simply because it's a group that's welcoming to outsiders who are different by its very nature.
