My take on Onori is that she's the most 'boyish' of them (even including Riko) and may even think of the whole futanari experience the exact opposite way that her mother does: that she's essentially a more complicated boy. Just like a boy she shows her affection and interest by aggressively teasing someone she's interested in and generally acts rambunctious and brazen, to the point of constantly line-crossing, but thanks to being socialized as a girl certain situations will switch her over to that mode.
Onori is one where I'd like to see the Riko Build system at play because I think we could see very different sides of her in distinct relationships depending on whether Riko keeps trying to be more assertive (which has impressed her) or lets Onori continue to take the lead.
To be fair, the MC kind of is the only one consistently putting up any resistance, even if pathetically feeble. Yui is the one who started the sexual stuff with the sisters and she gets stupid when she's in a lust daze so Onori probably knows how to be opportunistic and doesn't take her refusal seriously since Yui changes her mind easily when she's horny. Aiko is either already down to fuck (considering how she reacts to 'lewd talk' and how she is probably an exhibitionist) or she really is that oblivious and has her whole 'everything is fine as long as it is among us girls' schtick. Either way she doesn't put up any resistance so Onori just does whatever she feels like with 0 complaints from her (either because she likes Onori perving or doesn't realize she is perving, your guess is as good as mine).
And I mean, in this update alone Onori all but called Riko a sissy, flicked his dick until he came, and was about to demand a handjob/blowjob from him before they got interrupted so I really don't think calling her 'gentle' is fair.
The cliffhanger ending with Riko trying to set boundaries and the foreboding message which is probably teasing either 'evil Onori' or a new 'submissive self' for Riko did blueball the player though, I was hoping for another h-scene there, but I think the disappointment is mostly in comparison to how much the previous update advanced Yui's sexual content, in isolation I think Onori's story is fine, just kinda sucks this update was a slower one.
Absolutely love the plot, writing , and designs all peak. liked the update but i agree with everyone else that this could been cooked longer with a larger update.Also kind of agree that onori moving slower than the shy older sister hurts the flow alot and especially makes the reveal hit less

Really hope the ending is a bait and switch and Onori isn't going to get more annoying. Dunno why she bothers me considering the themes of the game, but considering how people reacted to Onori x Yui when it came out the dev has really tapped into something divisive with her. With a cliff hanger it feels like Onori might get updated again soon, but I hope we can get some time with literally anybody else before she gets another update.

Based on the slow updates by the dev, I am coping here, but I really hope that when the foreshadowed Onori scene comes, there WILL be actual choice to fight back or be submissive. I mean, isn't that the whole point of the selves system? Alas, it will probably be half a year before we get there.
I really think the selves system is just a 'clickbox', it is just a cute way of depicting character progression but there won't be any branching character building or anything like that.
Sandbox exploration but a linear story, MC will be mostly a bottom (seriously he is a wimpy femboi), but the story is more on the wholesome side so I think he will get to top sometimes too (the girls are too cute to not get fucked and it would lean too much in the NTR direction if the MC never got to fuck them).

The first example of it was avoidable (Riko could speak up and prevent the gym teacher from perving on Yui by looking up her skirt), if that was supposed to be a test-example of what the dev has planned then future stuff will probably also be avoidable.
