At least so far, nothing in the story has indicated that Riko doesn't want to top, I'm not gonna assume he wants to exclusively be a bottom (and I feel that would contradict his current characterization with trying his best to assert some masculinity).
The girls are going to be fucked, already happened with Onori x Yui, and like I said it would be a waste to not have it happen more in the story with how cute they are.
When we get to the point in the story where Riko has developed a sexual relationship with the girls, if they are somehow unwilling to be topped by him while still being featured in other scenes being topped by other characters, it would be really difficult to avoid cuck/ntr vibes in the story. How would you justify that scenario in a way that doesn't end up feeling like they are refusing Riko because "he is not good enough for that" or "they can get something better elsewhere"?

Bit hard to say at this point. While 4 initial characters the MC stays with are futa, there's at least one recently added character who is a regular girl without any extra bits.

It would not surprise me in the slightest with how active Onori is with her sexual acts, that she has done it with both sisters at this point. Maybe even with the new girl Aiko that has been introduced or worst of all the little girl in the sauna, since she mentioned how she taught her a few things when the MC questions her about it.
On top of how she reacted with how the MC confronted her, its only a matter of time before he gets assaulted while asleep like he had before with Yui. But I do wonder if the MC will actually be able to get a hold of Onori before she acts on her own. Another thing is that I actually expected Eri to be a normal girl and not a futa like the rest, wouldve been neat if one of them came out different

I feel like people keep trying to see the game through the lens of futanari cliches and end up missing how the game gives us some different takes on them. Like Yui is probably the closest to a 'default futanari' and even then it takes the familiar pieces, like having a high libido that kinda puts her into a gooner trance, and considers how an actual character (rather than a porn game or eromanga character who only acts according to lust) would deal with that.Damn it man, I think you're the one who's going to come up with the whole plot for the author. It's correct to say that Onori (her name is literally "onery") isn't used to pushback from anyone other than her mom and how she reacts to pushback is probably going to define how her side of the story plays out.
