I disagree I think they should either be caged or large. Anything else just seems like a weird choice to me personally.

Dev responded a few updates ago on a Patreon post that she was close if not their fav girl in the game and it turns out many paying supporters were saying the same thing
I dont want to be annoying af, but i hope yall support dev's patreon, as i can see most commets and reviews are positive and the game is absolute gem.
Kinda wish they didn't go balls to the wall femboy in the latest update.

From what I’ve seen in the comments, people are frustrated about how after all the grinding to build the MC’s character, he suddenly makes a huge, unexplained shift in decisions. After all the effort to ‘man up,’ it feels like his growth is tossed aside when he’s just shoved into a situation with no buildup or choice. If this change was inevitable, there should have been a trigger point, but instead, it feels like the game ignores the player’s choices and growth for shock value.

for everyone that comply about small update, its a fair point but if the dev is alone (usually the case i think) its hard to make something good, and i will always choose the small/few updates over content with something like in the image below, of course, i totally understand whoever use that kind of animation/render (idk how that is made) its a lot easyer than a well made custom setting which allow more content, but for me, the way its being done is great
I think Eri goes solo unlike onori and yui might be because of the age difference between them too. My hunch is she'll ask for sexual favours indirectly to MC, similar to how the first encounter unfolded between them. And till now MC mostly avoids her considering she's hard to deal with (no pun intended). Though I'm really looking forward to her update.
The telephone game of people with the weirdest subjective interpretations of the new update and people that have not played the update (or maybe even the game at all) going back and forth making up increasingly uninformed reasons to criticize the story is unsurprisingly producing some terrible takes.
Riko's concern with his masculinity doesn't come from a place of wanting to be all the things that make a stereotypically "manly" person, but from his lack of confidence in everything else about himself as a person. He feels incapable of defining and asserting himself as any kind of person because he feels that he is unremarkable or a failure at everything, so he attaches too much of his identity to the one thing he is biologically pre-assigned to be: a man.
Now the problem is, it is already plenty unhealthy to cling to your biological sex to be the entirety of your identity even if you are somewhat compatible with the social expectations tied to it (looking and acting "manly"), but in Riko's case he is just not, he has a very feminine body and a very bashful attitude. Even without any malice behind it, people will accidentally mistake him for a girl or struggle to see the fact he is a "man" as his most important trait and defining of how they should treat him. This leads to Riko feeling like he is failing to assert himself as the one thing that should be impossible for him to fail at, which further craters his self-esteem.
The advice he receives and the resolution he reaches in this last update is that he should develop his sense of self, he needs to figure out what are the things that he likes, have new experiences, and grow the parts of himself that make him happy and proud of who he is.
Riko needs to stop fixating so much on having other people see and treat him as a "man" first and foremost, and instead he needs to work towards having other people see and treat him as Riko, the whole package of a person. But to do that he first needs to figure out himself who "Riko" really is, what are his interests, his desires, his values. Once he knows and develops confidence on who he is, from that exuding confidence people will be able to see who he is and treat him accordingly, and that will gradually improve his interactions with other people and make them grow more pleasurable.
Lengthy character analysis done, I will once again state that this game doesn't have a single meaningful choice, it is a linear story where at most you can do some events in different order, but they play out the same. With that context I do not know how some people can say the game is "ignoring" or "betraying" the player's choices...what choices?
Also idk why some people are making such a big deal about Riko doing anal masturbation for the first time when it was already pretty established he is aroused by dicks and is surrounded by futanari girls that would put most pornstars to shame. Seems like a weird thing to be shocked or disappointed by, where else were some you people expecting the story to go?

The problem is with characters like Onori, which you are required to advance her story of course, because this game doesn't really have choices - it's kinetic !
She is and i won't sugarcoat it a typical rapist (that's why we have the tag for it), who thinks no means yes and the MC doesn't do shit about it.
No matter how many SR points you invest in the self option it doesn't change a thing about the way the MC behaves, cause those are just - let's say - shiny little sidequests to repeat different little scenes in the sandbox.
Which is exactly how this game works and we are just along for the ride !
Pretty sure the game ends up with the typical !choose you ending! trope close to the end, which is fine by me

I am eagerly anticipating Riko's journey to becoming an investment banker and realizing his aspiration of owning his own forklift.

Honestly, can always count on manscout to put my thoughts into words better than I can myself. I didn't feel like any of the newest update was somehow a stretch or out of character, specifically due to what you managed to outline.
And also a solid point on the fact that it's kinetic in disguise, a very thinly veiled one at that.

In case it isn't -
For the record, I don't think the MC is necessarily ignoring Eri in the story. I think it is a mistake to assume that the order the game's content is released is necessarily the order the events happen in the story's timeline, just because Onori content was released up to level 5 relationship level before the other sisters does not mean Riko was canonically gravitating towards her over the other 2.
There are some dependencies (like how Yui and Onori's quests require some progress to be made on the other to progress their own), but interestingly enough, the condition for progressing Suzuki's content in this update was worded as "Reach relationship level 5 with any other girl". To me this implies that it will also be possible to reach Eri and Yui's relationship level 5 at the same time as Onori's (and that both will involve some degree of sexual escalation that leads to Riko having to confront the same doubts that led to Suzuki's content in this update, albeit hopefully less rapey).
