Maybe you are overthinking the whole thing a bit. But since you are genuinely asking I'll answer as extensively and cohesively as I can, given the small amount of time I have left today to do so.I mean the whole aspect of this game? Just to be a cuck or something? Like what's the point of just being cheated on here? Like what's the goal of the story?
When playing any game either you self-insert as the MC or you don't. If you do, then in this particular case you better have a cuck-fetish or it won't be a pleasant ride. If you don't self-insert then you can enjoy almost any story from some sort of "overworld point of view". You can then either feel like a voyeur lurking in someone's life, knowing more about his surroundings than they do, or you can feel like some sort of deity influencing them to make good or bad decisions, or you can even feel like a mere observer of the whole situation. If you don't self-insert as the MC, you can still choose to self-insert as anyone at any moment (if at all): be it Sana herself, or any of the secondary characters. The only thing forcing you to self-insert as the MC and suffering to "be cheated on" is yourself. If you cannot experience the game any other way and don't like it, then I would advise you to leave it untouched. But if you can take some distance with any game and change the way you experience it then you can enjoy almost any game here, and you can even enjoy replaying them with a switch in how you "read through it". That might be weird but I, myself, like to have at least a technical read of any game, this means I will usually reverse engineer it in order to dive more deeply into the head of the dev and to understand what they were up to when they created it. That is how I enjoyed some games that I didn't particularly like to play. Adult games are just another form of expression and are a means to communicate. You might be surprised to discover how they, very often, convey more than just fetishes and perverted thoughts, and how they sometimes show some unsuspected genius moments from their creators.
From the words you used, I assume you self-inserted as the MC and you don't like being cucked as the MC. Therefore I would answer your initial question "What's the point of the game, is it to be cheated on?" with a resounding "Yeah, that's it." in your particular case. Other people might get other answers. For me, a lot of what I enjoy here has to do with Sana being a foxgirl, her design, the initial Ragnarok Online inspiration for the setting, the overall humorous tone, the way the dev worked on the game, and how they tried to improve along the way by changing how they worked on each chapter.
TL;DR:
Yes, the sole purpose of the game is to make you the cuck. But that's just for you right now as for others this might yield a very different experience (and that includes the future you, who might read through it very differently in 2 years).
If you want to avoid this kind of game in the future, you might want to filter out the "netorare" tag (even though this will also eliminate some false positives along the way).
Hope this helps somehow
