Oki used the op item and got the bad end. Is that the whole game? Was fun, how do I access this gallery btw, i thought itd become available after beating gustav but it didnt. apparently its been accessible since the start and I just missed it lol
if you mean the normal gallery is in the first city and is a building with 2 doors
nope, for what I know the only gallery present in the game is the one in the first city
Alas no, they had at one point was going to make a "Pure" Route, but due to the extra delays and flipflop nature of people's desires. The pure lovers really were throwing tantrums when this game was in its earlier stages. They decided to just stick with their original plan and just do as they wish. Keeping the NTR game, as an NTR game. The Orc's were going to be avoidable with an alternate path. Dunno about how the rest of the chapters would've been. But at least there I remember for certain. At least thats what I remember.

There is an ending if you can keep Sana's condition pure by avoiding the roaming scenes and monster captures, outside of the scripted events.
Is there actually, or is it just the ending where she gives birth to the MC's child? I thought that one could be achieved, regardless of the roaming/monsters, so long as you don't do the "extra" scenes for each of the rivals. Is there more, or perhaps alternate dialogue somewhere?
Well, pure ending is just Sana giving birth to Anons child instead of any rivals. Outside of that there are at least three unavoidable NTR events so it's kinda hard to call this ending entirely pure. There's no purer endings unfortunately.
All the birthing scenes are the "endings" according to discussions in the Discord. Those all depend on which other character was able to corrupt Sana the most. Pure in this respect is about what you can control for her roaming and dungeon scenes.
You need come back after act 4, when you start the guy quest in the bottom of city.
