That last review looks as if it was written by the dev himself. 
I saw all the comments about how bugged this game became but I really enjoyed it before and wanted to play all the new stuff so I downloaded it anyways. Went to start a new game and OMG with in the first few mins of playing I had the map teleporting me to places I haven't unlocked yet and different events were happening for different characters Lmao What a shame.. It's basically unplayable in this state. :\

I've seen most of the bugs other people mentioned.....but the teleporting one I've never seen or heard anyone else having. Plus most of the game breaking ones have been fixed this latest update.....so I 100% wouldn't say it's in an unplayable state. Largely incomplete compared to the wait, but not unplayable.

So it seems Chloe arcade scene is still bugged. On the Josy quest her and Katie did a double BJ and it seemed like her route wasn't finished so how do I progress it further?

Reverse NTR maybe and even that isn't exactly true as the main character is hitting on the main heroine's friends and not them starting the relationship. With the except of one who is a childhood friend of the MC.
So yeah, whoever told ya that either purposely lied or has a very loose definition of what NTR is.

For the player it's not as you're the only dick in the game. None of the other girls have boyfriends to steal from. Not really sure if the other girls can steal you from your girlfriend though I think it's planned. I don't know if you can be loyal to anyone other than your girlfriend as some of the other girls just have you become a man whore
Childhood friend yeah since the player sleeps with multiple girls so she gets cucked.

The difference is that it's explicitly framed as cheating.
Do enjoy the girls, kind of sad the game is bugged i'm stuck in a loop where i get the mom if i call or speak to her. So yeah... please resolve the bugs

Dev makes games and updates new versions while he never plays them even once so there are many bugs
netorare is stealing someone from their love interest
in this case the cheating with the girls seems to have 2 possible routes
>romantic
>fuckfriend/mistress
>degradation (this is one extra only avaible to a single of the girls)
i suppose the end of chapter 3 would involve the MC either staying loyal to his GF,cheating behind her back while still dating or actually just dropping her for one of her friends (the NTR bit)

Don't have hard proof now, but the author may have pointed out that this won't happen, as MC loves Mia too much. The overall tone is very wholesome.
