I downloaded the game for Android but I looked at the zip file from zarchiver but there was no exe file, what can I do?

Which link are you downloading from? Because I tested all of them and they all contain the APK file

I downloaded "MGNKv0.3 - FreeVersion (APK)" from Gofile.
When the download finishes I get this zip file:

You must be registered to see the links

Try downloading it using Mega or Anonymfile, the link works fine on my phone
