Yes, I do plan to implement a Path where the MC will have his own personal Harem. Of course, that doesn’t mean he’ll get 100% of the girls, but I’d say around 80% is definitely possible.
At the moment, there aren't too many NTR/NTS consequences (unless you actively choose those Routes), so you can enjoy scenes with the other girls without major consequences, provided you make the right choices.
According to the previous statement of the DEV, it is also possible to play a Loyal Path etc....so it may well be
Yes, there are currently 6 available routes if we only count the ones between the MC and the GF:
(1) NTR, (2) NTS, (3) Cuckold, (4) Cuckqueen, (5) "Monogamy", and (6) Loyal.
If you're looking for a Harem path, the fourth option is the one for you.
