Hey everyone!
Patreon just gave me the chance to update my homepage, and of course I took the opportunity to refresh the cover image too!
And yes… that new cover is a little preview of the upcoming chapter, which is now just around the corner!
Oh, you’ve probably noticed it already, but all my covers contain some foreshadowing about the next chapter. I wonder what I’m hiding this time :3

But let’s talk a bit about the next update, shall we?
I’ve poured my heart and soul into this chapter, and the results are absolutely stunning. Without a doubt, it’s my new favorite one so far and that’s all thanks to YOU and your constant feedback.
Here are some notes and insights from me:
1. Better pacing and focus:
In the previous chapter, some of you mentioned that too many long-distance conversations made things feel slower. This time, I’ve drastically reduced phone scenes in favor of more face-to-face interactions.
2. Multiple POVs:
You’ll experience the story through the eyes of Alex, Sierra, and Anna, each perspective will reveal new emotions and consequences.
3. Optional Jumpscares:
Yes, there will be a few jumpscares in this chapter for the bravest players. But don’t worry! You’ll also have the option to disable them entirely if that’s not your thing.
4. New Animations (NSFW & SFW):
Several animated scenes are coming your way, including the final one, featuring Anna, which I’m currently polishing to perfection.
5. Almost done writing!
I’m just a few lines away from finishing the dialogue script (which is even longer than the previous one, making this the biggest chapter so far!).
6. Major narrative evolution:
This chapter goes beyond the halfway point of the story. You’ll see major character development and tons of hidden scenes that depend entirely on your past and present choices.
For example: Sierra will face an unpleasant surprise, and the outcome will depend solely on your actions.
Pro tip: create at least one extra save slot to explore all the available paths! Some of them will truly expand the world I’m building.
7. A magical finale:
The ending will be powerful and emotional… though, as always, you’ll probably hate me a little when Chapter 7 isn’t immediately ready
8. No turning back:
Once you reach the end of this chapter, you’ll have everything you need to fully understand the morality, desires, and true intentions of each main character.
No new characters will be introduced, it’s time to deepen the stories of those you already know.
In conclusion: this will be my last post before the official release date announcement of MGNK 0.6 – Glowing in the Dark

Yes, by the final chapters you'll have to decide whether to stay with Anna or start a relationship with another girl.
Or maybe Anna herself will set a rule that’s too harsh for your relationship and you’ll be the one choosing to actively break up with her.


To better answer your question: you can corrupt Anna as much as you want, but if you’re willing to face the consequences of her increasingly extreme demands, then you’ll be able to stay with her!
Just remember, there’s always a price to pay for everything.

Honestly even now without playing it with the way you described it and put your heart and soul into it I'm in love thats really rare and you are not afraid to take risks and break some hearts to improve the story and showcase your vision now im interested to see where this story goes and one day if my country is free from sanctions i love to be one of the people that support your game on patreon

Apparently, that’s a trend that continues to dominate alongside others, lol.
I’d never go vanilla, it’s something that even in real life doesn’t really excite me. If I could, I’d do scenes more tied to the BDSM world, but I’ve tried, and the results have been, to say the least, inconsistent.
OmegaFan would be a great way to keep her alive, but then it would be a nightmare trying to practice as a psychologist D:

Personally am not a fan of the cuckold route (consensual or otherwise) but I recognize that for some that's a turn-on. Swinging with handrails (boundaries) could work but I probably am tame compared to others. (Cuckquean here we come!!!)

So long as whatever you write is path- and choice-dependent, you can't go wrong. If the choices now inform the future choices so much the better (where the choices you make now influence what options you do or do not see later)...

Few things are more frustrating than making consistent choices along a certain route only to have the game force the MC to "like" something completely different from the choices you make. I really appreciate that you've not imposed something like this on your players.

I'm waiting for the weekend to play the update since I'll be able to commit time to exploring and enjoying it. Looking forward to it (and to Ch. 7 when it gets here!). Keep up the great work!

Thanks and since I’ve always dreamed of publishing something on a platform like Steam, it was inevitable.

However, I’ve always hated those AAA studios that, year after year, release nearly identical versions of the same game on different platforms and still charge full price.
So… for your joy (and that of all the other fans), I’ve decided to keep the two versions separate.

This means that the Premium/Public version you’ve been playing so passionately won’t change, neither the story nor its characters. They’ll stay exactly as they are until the very end.

On the other hand, the Steam version will feature some major differences, such as redesigned looks for two main characters and one secondary character, the addition of exclusive side stories, and... something I’ve really wanted to do: more POV scenes from Anna, which I couldn’t include throughout the adventure.

I know it’s a huge amount of work, but I’m not in a hurry. I’m absolutely loving this project, and I’m convinced this is the best way to keep it going without disappointing my community.

I’m currently setting up the Steam page and making some visual changes to my interface and a few characters, and I just noticed this detail, lol.
I was aware of the stricter rules regarding Germany, but I didn’t think they were so easy to “violate.”

As for what my supporters will have access to, that’s a tough question to answer right now. This is currently my first and only game, but once I start working on more projects, I’d prefer to provide full access to my games through a one-time payment (whether it’s on Patreon, Steam, or other platforms), rather than “forcing” anyone to keep supporting me just for DLCs (meaning the extra content I’ll develop after version 1.0: continuations of the story, specific routes for different girls, etc.).
That way, you buy the game once and get access to all the extra content.

This approach would allow me to keep creating more AVNs (I’m actually writing another one right now) and gather your support through new and innovative stories.

I’d also like to add that, for now, I want to keep the two versions separate: the Steam version will remain exclusive to Steam (if my project gets accepted on the store), while the Patreon, SubscribeStar, Itch, etc. versions will stay as you’re used to.

Anyway, I want to make it clear that these are just ideas, I don’t want this post to be seen as a promise or something that could come back to haunt me later if I decide to change plans for any reason.

Yes, the events I was referring to involve Anna and Sierra. As for Anna, you’ll finally get to see everything that hasn’t been shown so far: Anna and one of her friends at university the day before Erasmus, and her first days in Italy with Giulia and Michele.
I’m also considering adding some POVs from another character, but I don’t want to reveal who just yet.
However, yes, those POVs will be meant to add immersion to the story, not to change its core foundation.

I also really enjoy stories with multiple POVs; they let you understand that the world isn’t black or white, but rather a cocktail of many shades and colors.

Oh, Giulia’s web goes far beyond a simple influence on Anna... But you’ll find out more in the public version

Imho, this is exactly a part of what is wrong with the gaming industry, exclusive stuff for single platforms.
For example console exclusives, pre-order bonuses tied to sthop etc. or your approach.
