I feel like mio both is and isn't akemi. Shroedinger's akemi, if you will. Depends on which path you choose. The premature "good" endings indicate for the most part that she isn't akemi. The main path could go either way. And the new "stay silent" path, where she goes to ota, pretty clearly indicates that she is.

IDK if this will happen, but no matter what path is taken, as the player I want to see the Akemi mystery resolved. The Akemi endings on each path don't even need to align across the other endings (though that would be nice.) There's nothing worse than an unsolved mystery (at least to a reasonable degree.)
Obviously the MC is hung on up Akemi just as much as he is about corrupting Mio. The MC is going to want to find out what the deal is with Akemi no matter whether he successfully corrupts Mio or not.
And if Mio isn't Akemi (corrupted or not), I would think she would want to get to the bottom of it too to quell any mistaken identity OR to do collab with Akemi. It would be like watching twins.

I kind of feel like, in the early "good" ending, there's still the implication that she still might be Akemi. Mio stops seeing Ota (from Yamato's perspective) and stops streaming (from Yamato's perspective) but when he mentions Akemi there, he says he "should not think about that". To me that says the possibility absolutely still exists, but that Yamato is intentionally choosing to trust his girlfriend and not think about it.
is it just me or the whole game at the start seems completely broken? showing the ending instantly
I wish Mio fucked the Max guy later in the game, the one who disrespected her on the live early in the game. And Ota of course

The story is too packed with coincidences. Especially the photos in the room. "I printed it off and set it up as a tease." Okay... then where was Ota when she set it up? Did she take it back with her? Where is it now? Did she leave it there? Sure, MC wouldn't be upset if she did leave it there, but Mio's attitude indicates that she isn't ready to cross that line yet. Mio might not be Akemi, given the dono during the stream while sleeping, but... They absolutely know each other.

Honestly the conspiracy feels unnecessarily dragged out. It's not like NTR Mobile where it's actually interesting either, at any point of the story the MC has the ability to find out the truth. He just doesn't want to because reasons, just as Mio doesn't want to say it because reasons. At some point you just want to flip them the bird and leave because you don't care enough to find out those reasons.

Damn, this game is awesome! I just love the storytelling. The idea that Mio and Akemi might be the same person is crazy, for real. Also, the storyline about a shy girl doing what her boyfriend asks really turns me on. I'm actually going through a similar situation right now. My girl is looking for someone to sleep with him, and I’m noticing some crazy coincidences. Anyway, great storytelling and renders! It's just a bit sad about the engine, but I've seen worse games before. Great game. I can't wait for the next chapter!
I would like a path where while she'has just tested him to know if he really wants to push her into it, it can stay NTS and not mandatory NTR in a revenge move.

GODOT is actually a pretty good engine. Dev is keeping things simple on purpose.
Dev aims to finish one path at a time. So for those looking for actual NTR and not NTS, wait until the current branch is finished. The snippets currently in the game (the branching points) promises to be interesting.

Schrondinger Akemi is a pretty funny term. I agree with has been said about Akemi mostly but I wish it was a more definitive thing, instead of route dependent as you're putting it, but the game is also still being developed so who knows where it'll go.
