Yes it has Netorase but the whole story is a mystery right now and could potentially have NTR as well.
Give it a try and see for yourself. :)

Yeah, it's a little bit disappointing. I feel we've spent an eternity in MC's head, spazzing out about Mio fucking other guys and wanting it and getting used to the idea, and the guy has already fantasized about it like seventeen million times, and it's all kind of ruining the "novelty" of it happening. Like, I sort of appreciate it, because it's preferable to a game just teasing the idea and never giving us anything, 'cause at least I can visually see Mio doing those things...but man, I just need something to happen already for real in the game's story. Something more than "oh, I'm gonna fuck Ota hehe jk oh hey I met Ota and I fucked him hehe jk oh I'm actually going to meet Ota to fuck him and he knows it and agrees to nevermind just teasing you couldn't do it hehe x". I know it's a big "moment cherry" to pop, but man.

I'm excited about the runaway Mio branch though. I hope the developer doesn't half-ass it and have Mio tie herself into knots in doubt and it just ends up as another "I wanted to but didn't because even when I was mad I couldn't betray you" etc. It's a separate path, let her be a bit ruthless and evil and go full NTR in that path, if people choose to go on it.

Also, the nothingburgers are getting a bit long-winded, but at least the developer is very consistent with his updates, so at least there is often some excitement to keep me on the hook.
