Once again the game is completely broken on android this has been a problem for like the past 5 updates hopefully in the next one the dev will finally fix it.

At least dev's listening to what people want, hence the Akemi route confirmed for the next update, and the tease with the stream.

I don't think she'll have full sex on stream, "realistically" speaking one does not go from having a videogame podcast to suddenly getting railed on all fours on stream. Most likely she'll just do the streaming while wearing that clothing for now, but it means that dev's planning to go down that route, so it's ok. This game's a slow burner, wouldn't like for things to be rushed. I think it will be far more enjoyable in the future if things follow a "logical" progression, or as much logical as it can be in this type of VN, even if it means waiting longer for now.

Makes sense that she'll just start spending more and more time with Ota and instead of sending videos to MC, she will just start doing more and more stuff on stream while the MC watches in agony.

I don't think she will leave right away after this one, most probably she is being manipulated by Ota into not sending anything to MC and doing the stream on that outfit, and she will start to embolden herself into more extreme things until eventually leaving MC for good and living with Ota, but that's, imo, a few updates away, at the start of the end of this path.

That's the sense I'm getting too, the slow burn full NTR path. I get why some people feel like this game is spinning its wheels, but the dev's slow burn style has been really working for me so I can't really complain personally.

Well, yeah. I am not against the idea. Obviously, it's where the game is headed. I think anyway, that it's not something somebody would agree to do in just a couple of days. Having sex on streaming so abruptly doesn't fit Mio's writing. It would need some progression first. As others point out, the slow burn is fairly enjoyable, rushing things now would be short term satisfaction but overall would lower the quality of the story.
