It's engaging to see how much Mio is trying to double check MC isn't being stupid and ruin their relationship which she values. She appears to genuinely care & be smart about it.

1. I really hope the mystery of Akemi looking like Mio is resolved... And not be just a " red herring". That would be a let down. Even if it is Mio just trying to leave the porn enterprise lifestyle for a more normal life. (Update: then again, if she is Akemi trying to leave the industry, she would have not wanted to start a stream. And if caving-in to satisfy MC, she's letting her emotions & MC's manipulation of her bypass her brains & self preservation.)
2. Be sure to keep using the animation effects for anything video - streaming, phone video, etc. The animation should also be repeatable for any "video" in the gallery.
The shake with speed lines or other effects are good. You might consider splitting the image into halves such that layer 0 is the effects, layer 1 with alpha channel moves over layer 2. That would help create an effect of physical interaction (dildos, bj, sex positions, etc) sliding in & out.

Very nice update, but felt like it ended abit abruptly. Really hoping this doesn't go in a really generic NTR direction, but I'm loving that the dev is puting plety of branching paths with possible happy endings. Looking forward to seeing how this story develops!
Also I noticed some people are thinking Akemi and Mio are the same person somehow, but I'm not seeing it. Personally, I'm leaning to Akemi being an estranged twin sister which would possibly explain why her and Mio are so similar in looks. I'm thinking there's some bad history between the two, possibly dealing with Akemi stealing someone from Mio or something, which is why Mio seems to be hiding something whenever Akemi is brought up. I just really don't seem them being the same person after the bed scene where Mio is sleeping right next to the MC, but Akemi is streaming and reaction to the MC's questions.

Since .12 got leaked, most of y'all aren't gonna know this, and I feel like it should be public knowledge. Quite a few supporters made mention that the update ends suddenly, so the dev made a Patreon post about making an update 12.1 to resolve that. They're aiming for sometime this week, so expect to see more responses from supporters on here if it resolves any disappointments with how fast everything just "stopped."
Personally, I think the Akemi plot line is more or less finished on the current route (NTS). Not really expecting it to make a return until Viviny begins working on the NTR route in full.
I was a strong Mio=Akemi supporter for a while, but I've since shifted away from that theory. The only real evidence we have is Mio getting the blonde wig, mask, and identical bikini. There is Yamato's comment on the streams potentially being pre-recorded, but... There's enough contradicting evidence in that Yamato is a severely unreliable narrator. He does next to no research. If we're being honest here, Yamato is very... Selfish and narrow-minded, heavily lust driven and that skews his behavior. A normal person would've dug deeper to find the truth, but he just drops it.

I'll have to go back and check, but IIRC, I thought in one of Akemi's streams, Akemi had told her bull to be careful with her hair. He then pulled her wig off a bit later while she still had her black face mask on showing she had Mio's reddish eyes and black hair. Maybe that was in MC's imagination.
You're right. That was the running plot thread. She looked exactly like Mio, to the point that Mio even started dressing like Akemi to tease Yamato after she found out he watched her stream. There are a few details to point out that a lot of people gloss over:
1. Yamato noted that Akemi uses a voice changer.
2. Yamato noted that streams CAN be pre-recorded and not live, even as he donated with a question while Mio was sleeping right next to him.
3. Yamato's donation was under the same username he uses to moderate Mio's stream. If Akemi was Mio, pretty sure she would have made some kind of pause or reaction that would've been noticed by Yamato. At least enough to keep the doubt going.
4. Mio said "no" to both questions Yamato asked (if she knew or was related to Akemi). She could be lying, but we don't have anything else to go on. We know nothing about Mio's relationship with her family. So it's hard to say. Viviny could be keeping it hidden until they decide to delve into that.
These are evidence to support the Mio=Akemi claim. But... Her behavior with Yamato suggests otherwise. I posted this in the discord:
