Revenge can be done in a lot of ways. But if you want one of yours, you'll have to convince the developer, not posters on this site.

I'm pretty sure that Blackthunder_vn is the developer of the game or at least one of the people working on the game hopefully he can surprise the players with a choice
i do like the idea for revenge on the ex-gf. get with her mother as one of his fuck buddies. get her fired from her job. unfortunately the dev cycle is so slow, that it will be years before the paths develop much. also want to see harsh revenge on the father. he cheated on his mom and fucked his gf. i would be livid and out for revenge on the father and the gf. but that's just me.
i would also look for ways to get revenge on his former boss. she has it coming too. hoping that with Edith's help, there will be some future revenge.

Personally I was imagining some manga logic here.
The EX-GF's Mother or Older Sister feel so guilty over what the EX-GF did that they decide to replace her.
And do so by seducing the MC themselves.
Then I thought why just the one of them doing that why not both of them.
And thats when my alarm went off and I woke up ....bugger.

Ok, I'll bite. What revenge exactly would you envision as 'adequate' then?
Our MC saw the shit that happened and just left. However, without that event occurring he would have never met the women in the bar. I think we can say that with the story so far, he is VASTLY ahead of where he was prior to all that shit happening.
His life is moving in a positive direction with an upward trajectory that is exponentially better than where he would have ever been before. Why would you want to give the former asshats even more power over you by you dwelling on them even more than the former time wasted with them around? It would be an actual step backward at this point in the story for the MC to even spend any time thinking of the ex-GF, his dad, or the ex-boss because he's about to see them in the rear view mirror as his life rockets into the upper stratosphere.
All that mental energy and emotion he would be much better served using to get his new life moving forward more, diving into his new job and making it better as well as showing everyone in the town just who he can be and what he's capable of. You don't move forward by constantly looking backward, that's when you run into trees.

that makes sense in real life but not much in stories showing MC being immediately ok after such a traumatic event and glossing over it (gf of 4 years ? with MC's Dad) and basically saying: "oh well shit happens" How does it make sense in a story that is extremely bad writing then what was the point of that scene just a shock value ? it seems pretty cheap like pointless jump scares in horror movies you could just say MC's father died and got fired on the same day and Have the same effect.Ok, I'll bite. Traumatic event? Yeah he WAS pissed, but he also realized shit had been ongoing for awhile.
You have obviously never had someone IRL piss you off so much that you were just done with them instantly. No regrets, no looking back, not even a "you son of a bitch I'll get you back!", just a "fuck this I don't need this in my life anymore" and deliberately ignore it and move on.
It can and does happen, and it's not shitty writing. The fact he immediately met the women had a HUGE impact on him "getting over" all the shit too. He's got a woman much better than his ex, a new job that's better than the old, back with his family, etc. Basically everything he lost he got back very quickly, and it's better than what he had before.
Why would he dwell on shit that's WORSE than what he has now, when his life is moving forward? he IS pissed at his dad and the gf, more the dad because he realized what an a-hole the dad is/was, but again life moving forward, stop looking at what's behind you.

Very good! That's what I wanted to read, a smart revenge, I bet their life is miserable now, they both know why MC left home, so making them even more miserable by showing off how good MC's life has been since he left them will be the final straw
sure, living a good life after moving on is all well and good. but in his shoes, i would definately be looking for a way to get revenge on the dad at the very least. he cheated on mc's mom too. that guy has some karma coming his way at some point. and of course, let's not forget his former boss. he swore he would get revenge on her after she fired him. perhaps that revenge can come through Edith. i am sure Edith would have no problem helping him out with that should he encounter Quinn at some point. i love a good revenge story.

You think the asshole father who would fuck his son's girlfriend and a girlfriend who fucked her boyfriend's father would care or feel anything about what the MC doing with his life ? they would be having a blast without him in the picture anymore it's obvious they're horrible people and something horrible should happen to them or they would go scot freeVery good!
