If u let play set the relationship with character instead of making "mom" "sis” by default there is no reason for ban.

sure there is 100% legal way
first - trying to avoid writing lines like those what were changed, really helps with future patch
second - if you still can't avoid it, at least instead of
mc "She cheated on me with my producer the day I left."
you do:
mc "She cheated on me with [x1] [f1] the day I left."
default x1 = "my"
default f1 = "producer"
for everything else, as long as you still using variables for nicknames and relations - i-patch (unofficial and completely separated from your patreon) will cover it
i assume aside from those two changed dialogue lines and new hard line in bio - nothing else changed, so i-patch from OP should still work, just put that "producer", "sperm donor" and other shit like this under [variable] too so patch could work with it and you are golden

Installed the patch but Ursula calls me Sister and i can't find that error in the rpy file.

I'm kind of frightened by people calling depictions of incestuous consensual relationship between adults as illegal. It's not, at least not in my country. say it's censored, unbankable, denied, or something but don't use the word illegal. Words are powerful, using that word feel like capitulating without giving a fight to those payment providers CEOs that think themselves moral police.

It's pretty much illegal (yes, it's a law) around the world. Some countries, Germany, Sweden for example, there are certain restrictions on the law....but I doubt very much where you live, it's fine to fuck your mother, son or daughter and not be arrested and sent to prison if the authorities found out.
Nearly all countries do not consider cousins as incest (even first cousins)...some will allow same sex siblings etc....but don't be frightened and don't think it is not a criminal offence (hence illegal).
What payment processors are doing is ridiculous I agree, it's a depiction and where do you draw the line on that? Game of Thrones going to be banned or unavailable for purchase with your credit card etc? How about acts of murder in GTA? It's a very thin line....but when it comes to sexual acts, well, the religious loonies will always force their agenda.

It's why I said depiction of incestuous relationship and not incestuous relationship. But your comment got me to look it up to make sure and yes incestuous relations are illegal where I live, even between consenting adults, but I just read a 2019 paper by a law professor at a local university, and they sum it up that the law is basically archaic, being too broad in that it criminalize sex between consenting adult parents and too narrow in that it exclude adoptive parents for example or require penetrative sex. What's more it's current justifications don't hold up in modern times, cheif among those justification moral disgust. So to not ask for a political suicide or sending the wrong message to exploitative parents rather than strike the law modify and modernize it.
But we are kind of getting caught up in the carpet's flowers and I don't intend to derail the thread so that will be all for this conversation I hope. The goal here is to make sure we don't bend in front of the CC companies.
