I've messed around with Stable diffusion a lot.
The issue is most anime girls have light skin so the AI pretty much always goes with that unless you really specify otherwise, and even then a good 50% unless you repeatedly emphasize it in prompts.

It's an issue of sheer mass, the AI has far more data on light skin.
