If the last picture should appear in the game, then God have mercy on us. Hutch will spend the rest of his life looking for the ring in the sewers.
yes sir , vivian is the boss's now . im sure she will always come back to hutch lol vivian is gone

when you frame it this way yes... to the last paragraph... the first paragraph i didnt mean to say use violence on vivian, its more like make is so that vivian has no other option but to choose between their marriage or the boss.... and this all happened because of vivian's choices. my thoughts are also similar to you second paragraph. yeah finally reached the middle ground... :)
By the way, I want to make it clear that I was not saying that I thought Hutch should become violent with Vivian. In the US anyway, if he became violent Christian, as long as he did not kill or maim Christian, his actions would not be considered morally wrong. Hutch would get into trouble with the law in that case, but that would be it. Hutch would be condemned socially, to an extent, if he became violent with Vivian. But even in the case of Vivian, there are people, including women, who would not condemn his action. I do agree with Dealbreaker that he should have confronted Vivian, ordered her to stop and leave with him. If she did not, then Hutch should have kicked her and the job to the curb. I think Hutch should have put a stop to things much sooner than that. It is clear from Hutch's dialogue about Christian that he suspected that Christian would try something with Vivian, even though Hutch did not know that Vivian visited Christian already. When he saw Vivian in a sexy new dress his dialogue shows he was suspicious, and Christian was humiliating Hutch by his flirtatious actions towards Vivian before he fucked her. One issue that I have with both Hutch and Vivian is that family should be more important than a job. If Hutch lost the job, it might be tough, but he could find another job and Vivian could look for a higher paying job. If Hutch loved his wife, he should have said we are getting the hell out of here when he saw the way Christian was behaving towards Vivian. If Vivian loved Hutch, she should have done the same thing. It is precisely because of how strong relationships are between family members that situations like what happened at Christian's place can be so dangerous. Cops, at least in the US, will tell you those are some of the worst situations that they get called into.

Well said.

I think a lot of us, myself included, have overlay-ed real life reactions to this NTR porn logic based game .
As fun and stimulating as it is, it doesn't work, only leaves us flabbergasted...

I agree whole heatedly that family life is more important than the job. It goes back to an earlier point I made that Vivian is doing all for Hutch's job, and not Hutch. The distinction is important, and shows just what kind of self-centered, selfish person Vivian is.

i think that was me who said that.... but lets not nitpick on who said what but i agree with this statement even if he was hurt he should have done something violent or otherwise. i rationalise the story by relating it to real life when possible as i have said before and we(Da, Db and me) have similar ways to make sense of the situation in this vn.
One issue that I have with both Hutch and Vivian is that family should be more important than a job.
in any failed relationship i have seen in my life its always blame the other person but if you think about the cause of it, both involved are the cause. the same way hutch not protecting his wife in the backyard(the way i see it) is part of the problem. he should have done something and anything to protect his wife. at the sametime as you have mentioned above vivian also is at fault for going with the plan behind her husbands back even when she was warned...we can debate its more vivians fault but its not hutch had many such chances to stop vivian and he didn't. and the opposite is true for vivian to come clean but she didn't. and there was a post by someone saying this doesn't seem like a marriage of 22 years but more like a superficial relationship(don't remember his statement exactly but its similar). so as you said i also believe that the longer the relationship the stronger the ties that bind them together. in this case there is none of that except for vivian crying after mistake(she was happy to continue having fun as long as her husband didn't know about it) which made me hate her more. instead of just telling hutch the whole truth from the start (about going to the office and the dress for dinner). got carried away there with my thoughts. hope you understand what i'm saying.

PS: joe was it you who made the statement about their marriage being superficial?

I've made many comments about their marriage, cant recall if this was one of them, but I guess it's a re-occurring observation by many of us.

It was after seeing this that Hutch felt the heart punch. Who knows what went through his mind, perhaps we will find out in part three. I'd like to think that seeing his wife bent over so quickly and easily, he probably thought what's the point of fighting for someone would to that to him (or something along those lines), someone who isn't fighting for him. At this stage (if not all stages), I doubt he thinks her fucking his boss for the 'job' is a good idea.

Awww Dude... a little something from the game would be nice.... As I said we still can not figure out what is happening in third release wit all those you gave us !
To be fair, we wouldn't be able to figure it out with a bunch of in-game previews either! Case in point the end-of-game previews, where there are so many conflicting theories because we have no idea what the dev is cooking (which is definitely a good thing)!

yes completely agree... i mean since the start he is against the plan he warns her every time but vivian brushes it off. except for the 2nd office visit of vivian. where he doesn't seem to respond.

tony don't sell yourself short... you did post some valid theories so did others, there are some extremes but let's just leave them as they are. since this is a linear story... the more updates we get the lesser optional paths the story will have. we all know this story revolves around the 3 character(forgive me team snarky secretary). by the end of update 3 i think with combined creative thinkers we have here we will find a reasonable ending if not limit the endings to a handful of choices.

What I mean is that it's impossible for us to "work it out" based on some previews. There are lots of theories, but that's all they are. I get the impression, based on what dev's said, that this game won't just follow the usual road. That's obviously going to make it harder to correctly predict what will happen - anything that we do get right will just be from sheer luck. Further on, after a couple of updates, we might have a better chance though!

Tony... You know I was requesting more previews ... not to figure it out ...but to just give us some incite and more talking point for a couple more months.

Yeah, I know we'd all like more previews and it would raise a bunch of new talking points for every one we do get. I was just saying we still wouldn't be able to figure it out if we had plenty more!

Will Christian get a chance to visit Vivian at her house?

Will Sawyer also get a chance to meet his dad's boss ?

Will Christian and Vivian visit Sawyer at the dorm?

Think
1. Yes
2. No
3. No
Son will be apart of a separate story.
