Interesting personally with avns I try to stay clear of theories around what happens purely because I don't want to buy into some of them and if it doesn't happen end up disappointed with the outcome

And with NTR game I typically try to play them as if I was watching a movie or a TV series where I need that moment where I decide to root for certain characters or hate them completely haha personally I find it you try and put yourself in the characters position in ntr it's a slippy slope that will more than likely leaving you feeling sad and disappointed

if you want to understand the logic of this game without making it sound unreasonable that's one way to approach it(try to put yourself in the characters position) or in some other cases have experienced such scenarios in real life. everyone is free you interpret the kn however they like, it's one of the reasons why you weren't able to come to terms with the couples reactions, since you were expecting a standard ntr story.

The ending will definitely be different from the standards

i dont think it will be... from the way the dev writes the story. i have repeated this a few times .... there are forecasts of events that are gonna happen and the story goes along similar or contrading that thought process. the most basic example is hutch telling his wife that he doesn't want her to meet her boss or coworker who he has worked with for 6 years. and she does it anyway. and you know the rest of the instances with similar occurrences have happened. and the final conversation in the update when hutch ask vivian to promise that shows that its either she will stick to the promise(which will be tested after what the couple might go through in the future updates) or break it and be christian toy at the end. which for me are both bad endings.

vivian keeping the promise ending raise further questions about what the dev posted in regards to next update where he mentions 3 of the 4 days in the next update will test the couple. that and the fact that the dev also said the story only gets darker. and if vivian breaks that promise or any variation of it according to some theories here its a standard ntr story ending. so in conclusion there is no way there will be a ending different from a usual standard or already mentioned here in this thread.

There is no answer to your question. People react to it, interpret it, differently base on their own thoughts, emotions and life experiences. I STRONGLY suggest you delete the game and move on to other content. You will not like where it's going in the future. Thanks for the interest but it can't be all things to all consumers. Sorry.

I think the reason this AVN is so interesting is it's not clear cut. Most AVNS are husband is a willing/unwilling cuck and that's it. You don't know what is going through Hutchs mind. You know in the beginning it is horror, but after you don't know it's all speculation. Vivian to me is not the draw it's Hutch.

and honestly the fact that people jump to saying it's NTR what did you expect... When it's quite clear that it is ... Is frankly boring now

All I asked was a simple question around if the MC knows about it why is it never discussed as I was looking for additional context behind it as let's be real if you caught your wife cheating its fucking strange that you just never say anything about it and just sweep it under the rug and let it happen and never think about it again

I've never said anything against the cheating element I personally just found it odd that as a couple they don't discuss what's happened

Like for me it could of been that they have a conversation and she tells him she's doing to keep his job , that she's being blackmailed into etc the list goes on or it could be that he's into it and becomes a cuck who knows, I have no issues with NTR at all I've played multiple NTR games and enjoyed so it's definitely not about the NTR

And people say your a snowflake if you ask a basic question or have something to say about the game but yet those same people take so much offence if it's anything but omg it's NTR give me more , cheat on me more ... Not sure How anyone can call this game boring... MC did discuss it indirectly... He asked questions to Vivian and her answers danced around with excuses .... but not admitting. You are right Hutch did not flat out accuse her of cheating.... why ? WE don't know... maybe never will . We know or that it has to do with keeping the job as the primary reason... but there is something in her that like the sex... We do not know why yet...

I was just being pragmatic. If it came off as overly aggressive I apologize but I just wanted stop drama before it started. To be clear if you didn't have a positive reaction to this first release, I am confident you won't like the rest. Others have come here to expressive negative thoughts about the game, which is fine, but then they stick around and spend way to much energy debating the other members about a game they don't enjoy. I find this a strange place to be a troll when that energy could be used constructively in a game thread the person actually enjoys.

If you're just looking to have a thoughtful discussion then welcome. I recommend reading most of this thread as there are some deep conversation exploring emotions and thought processes of the main characters based on personal experiences from the poster. There are also plenty of entertaining theories about the future.

My opinion is there will not be a happy ending ... It will be bad for someone or all. The Dev said some of us will like he ending .. other will not... Or opinion of that will all hinge on who the bad ending hits the most.. I do not think Hutch and Vivian will forgive and forget.....THey may stay together... but some things will change. I think that will be the happiest it will get. If That.

Hah, exactly what I've been thinking. In fact, I feel that this thread has gone off the rails with overanalyzation for some time, which is why I mostly have stopped participating for now. Sometimes I think that everyone is so excited for the next installment that they don't know what else to do with themselves

I've read some posts about the fact that both husband and wife know the cat's out of the bag so to speak, but there was not any direct confrontation or admitting it straight up. I for one hope it stays that way no matter how obvious things get. I view it as a game between them and opportunity for sly teasing. I have not seen it explored in other games with similar themes so I would love to treasure it for as long as possible.

It's similar to writing "I love you" to your partner as you are having sex with someone else. Should we focus on the fact how illogical and wrong that is or should we enjoy the sexy kinky aura of it all and go with the flow? I prefer the latter.

Deep conversation and exploring emotions. This make My Husband's Boss more exciting and different than other NTR games for me. Also thanks for this explanation.

Honestly this helps alot and really was all that is was looking for really and I have no issues with it getting darker , I guess the lack of conversation around it caught me by surprise more than anything really

Hutch is weak. He is avoiding conflict at all cost and is suffering not only because he presented his wife cheating again, again and again (and even loving the debauchery), but also because he acknowledge that he cannot take any action. He knows he is weak.

He cannot speak up with his wife. Vivian simply and reiteratly ignores him, and Hutch is unable to speak up.

In my view Vivian does not trust him as a husband, because he lacks in many areas, including in his work and also in bed. This lack of confidence from Hutch may explain why Vivian was so impressed by the sheer amount of confidence expressed by Christian. She is striving for someone that can "handle, direct and command" her.

I also believe that Vivian will increasingly test the boundaries of where she can go. In this process, I would assume she would start to admire Christian and despise Hutch.
