In my opinion, your interpretation focuses too much on vivian sex. Remember, Hutch has always been there. Even if he has given vivian the okay and doesn't want to know any more details, that doesn't mean he has to be there anyway. It wouldn't be fun for Christian otherwise, it gives him the necessary kick. This story is so special so far because the sex is more in the mind, the action itself is almost a side issue or in other words the dot on the ii dont think so that others can get it early access.
Purple night will be another meeting (first bussinsss class) with Chris. It's too soon for her to fuck with everyone.

late in the evening Viv receives a text message from Chris about an urgent business meeting.
" - get ready, I'm sending a car for you, urgent business meeting"

That someone is a basketboy, she says to the driver while she's still in front of the house - "please don't tell anyone"
