"Fresh Room" is almost certainly meant to be "Flesh Room" (there's no distinction between R and L in the katakana). So it's a room where they experience the pleasures of the flesh. And it's not "The Daughter of my Childhood Friend", it's "My Female Childhood Friend". Musume can mean both daughter or girl in general, and no can be a possessive but also just a general modifier. From context, it's clear this is meant to be talking about his friend herself, not the friend's daughter.
