Fastest point income is from nightcrawl, so get 500 yen (i suggest getting atleast the first money upgrade first), buy a lockpick and at night go harrass her while she sleeps.
Most events such as cooking->drop your chopsticks have a few levels so repeat after getting like level up.
Giving her coffee makes her pee if you like that stuff.(also need lockpick to get in bathroom)
