I'm not sure...since a few days my PC got with one hardware drive a problem. But I installed the game a few weeks ago?

so when I download this, the Chinese characters in the file names are replaced with +,|,...etc symbols instead of Chinese characters, and this is causing them to fail to load in the game (mainly the images), I tried downloading the Chinese version, but it's the same problem, anyone got a fix?

You need to install Chinese (simplified) keyboard typeset / IME.
