It happened my save too, i think it's script bug when you load game with different versions

Just keep grinding reputation in the morning with her. It seems like there is a large gap before the next event triggers. Maybe try feeling her butt a bit too.

Looking through the files this game has hundreds of megs of unused generic RPGMaker assets that could be trimmed. I know bandwidth is nothing these days, but it's such an easy win and would save about half of the archive size.

You're not the only one with this dilemma, basically every time you reach a certain level of bond it will be blocked by the engine until you see the next scene, this way you don't miss anything. After you see the event the bond will be set to a certain value and you have to increase it again
