Except the previous game, none.
There are netori games out there but not a single one with this level of actually believable slow seduction, slowly breaking boundaries without blackmail. Heck, it'll still be rare even if it wasn't a NTR(i) but a TL dating sim.
The NTR Legend clones are the closest you'll get but they are far more shallow than this game when it comes to the seduction and usually involve some kind of blackmail or easily swayed women.
