The remake content is fine, I think what really sets people off is that we have an example of a dev remaking a game and basically blue balling the community (blurring the wall) especially since these games likes to "tease" the players and make them wait for the female lead to have sex.

As long as the dev gives continuous update, they can remake previous chapter as much as they want lol just dont disappear for like 8 months lmfao

That's what happen when you rush the story at the beginning aiming to promote the game. Now the dev needs to remake some scenes to adjust the pace.

That said, that BBC dreaming of Eric is totally out of the context at that point of the VN. I hope the next remakes remove it from the start and add it later, IDK maybe after they get closer to Rob.

I'd say a little bit of both so far has been implied. There's heavy suggestions that Vi might do porn for example, but the MC - named Eric - is also seemingly likely to bang the entire female cast, just given hints so far. So swinging + voyeurism?
