Development hasn't slowed down, the content increased and the quality also increased in my opinion...the goal is to always improve, and chapter 4 is way better then chapter 1 for example...But I can say right now that the biggest challenge for chapter 5 is the scenes with mutiple girls and me trying to improve the narrative, implement a little more drama into the story. Creative endevours like this isn't something that you can just apply simple time math, every chapter presents new challenges, and every challenge takes different amounts of time to resolve. I know there's a lot of hype and expectation for the next slice of the story, and I love that. But I already said before on Chapter 4 that I won't anounce any date unless the chapter is pretty much done. So there's no point on asking me when it will be released. I am not saying you can't ask the question or anything, I am just saying I will not respond because I don't feel confortable giving an answer or a prediction that I might not be able to deliver. Some days I feel like I can't get anything done, the writting is not flowing or sounds stupid after re-reading, other days it feels like I am putting insane fire and I am unstopabble, it's frustrating but I have been creating content for a long time and it's all part of the gig...Yesterday was a good day for example, so I will leave you guys some art of Maki form yesterday

The dev also had the comic project that, while not related to the game, took some of his available time.
Oh boy, looking at other such stories I just hope that 'drama' comes from antagonists - and not the protagonists's cringe-worthy actions, that destroy their likability (be it girls or boyz).
Oh, yeah, the AI had a ton of trouble with that when I last checked (early this year). It either doubled one character or made a mix of their characteristics. I'd have hoped that newer models and finetunes would have solved that. I assume you're using LORAs? Dreambooths (or is that obsolete by now)?

Ch04 had like 3x as much content compared to Ch03 and only took like 2 weeks longer to develop. I believe in terms of raw images alone, Ch04 was as big as the entire game before it, but don't quote me on that. That's not slowing down, it's actually a massive increase. Ch04 development took roughly 2,5 months so it is not the longest gap yet either. Being in week 8 right now seems fine to me.
Thought we're all just looking for brightness trying to dance while sliding into the abyss. Can't help that the ground is slippery and tilted, after all, so why not have some salsa with your nihilism? It's all very masturbatory IMO!
Not quite, but chapter 4 was indeed the biggest chapter by far with 249 images, chapter 3 had 130...Right now I think Chapter 5 will be in between since I am not far from the 100 images counter...but there´s no way to know until I am done, I told myself that Chapter 5 didn't have to be bigger then 4 but let's see, I don't think it will be, the problem like I said is having a lot of mutiple girls scenes...plus the animator told me he is away for family visits, let's see if I need to release the chapter without all the animations, I will probably do a poll for that
Like I said before, I don't care about animations, so for me it's no biggie.

My opinion doesn't really hold any weight considering I'm not supporting at the moment, but I absolutely think Chapters don't have to go bigger every time. You just tell the story how you want to tell it, and sometimes there's parts that don't require as many images or text, whereas other times it's just bigger.
