it doesn't do anything. that flag is there whenever the pov switches. it's the dev notifying you that the pov switched. but i can see how it could be confusing, it thought it was a button at first as well.
i honestly have no idea why he feels like he needs to do that. it's kind of obvious when the pov switches xD
