There's no evidence to suggest the guy in the shower is larger, it's impossible to tell render to render because it's AI.

There are essentially 3 dick size prompts you can use (outside of using none at all). Small, Large, Huge.
I'm fairly certain based on my own tests Eric uses "huge", same as these other guys. So unless it's specifically said they're all going to be larger or smaller than each other render to render.

It's AI my guys, Unless the game tells you something or it's like a very, VERY obvious difference don't assume a size gap. And any size gap that does exist will never be that much because... they're using the same prompts.
You can fix dick size with controlnets, but unless it's way off it's usually not worth the effort.
