If you evaluate After Party on a scale of crap, then it's a solid 10/10.
why:
- lack of logic. The dialogue between the MC and V after the club and the event in the alley. They contradict each other. It would be fine if they went in a different sequence, but no, first that conversation, and then we forget about it (it turns out that in that dialogue there is 0 sense for this game)
- Sai in the club on the dance floor, he behaves like Alpha, but in the alley he becomes a scared rabbit cuckold. What kind of stupidity from the developer???
- and add to all this the amount of content that does not compensate for all this plot STUPIDITY. interrupt the event without a logical ending, and then in the next review finish it with 2-3 renders??? (a really lazy developer)

P.S. but what to expect from a greedy stupid developer who is trying to sit on 2 chairs. For those who don't know, he also makes the game Shadows of Ambition. And to get more money (more subscribers), he makes 2 games under 2 different pseudonyms.

Not at all, go re-read scenes where Sai shows up or is mentioned from chapter 1 through to the After Party. Not a single thing about what happened is disconnected from the build up, it was very much leading to this moment. That includes what happened at the club, which if you had any media literacy at all you would understand some of the reasons why Vi did that.

And I simply don't even understand what he even means regarding the MC (Eric). He doesn't even elaborate on what dialogue between Eric and VI he felt didn't make sense, but the dialogue on the bench - if that what he means - is specifically what opens the door for what happens in the alley.

I get most people are highly media illiterate and need a little hand holding, but I felt this one was straightforward enough it'd be hard to miss.

About sai, I simply didn't like the fact that this sai guy started to act like a bull that was really going to raise the tempo, and then in the next update he suddenly acted like a submissive cat.


So yeah, I'm having a hard time finding anything to praise about these latest updates.

At no point has Sai acted like a "bull". Under Vi's prompting he did the things she asked of him, that's all. But it's fine you enjoyed it less, the patreon hit new peaks and tons of people loved it. CG's not concerned if not everything is for everyone, but the setup for this scene was pretty clear, and if you haven't noticed yet that Vi often acts out with the express intent of getting Eric to then react to that, that's what I mean by a lack of media literacy.

What she did with Sai was in part for her pleasure, but is more so part of the games she plays with Eric. That's why it feeds directly into what occurs in the alley, Sai was a tool to her. This is all pretty clear subtext if you read what's written throughout the entire club sequence... but even stuff written prior sets up Sai's role.

When I have some free time I'll play through the latest updates once more to get a better impression, I may have gone through the text a bit too fast as there is no excitement content. But I certainly don't think this will change my general opinion about the last two updates.

Just to clarify, Sai and Eric don't have exactly the same fetish, though obviously there is overlap. Sai is into being humiliated (though he is in the first steps of learning this), while Eric is not (nor is Vi interested in humiliating him, in comparison to how Ari likes to treat Sai), beyond that though yes the two do share a lot in common. Ultimately, everyone had their fun, you are 100% correct in that.

Having worked and talked extensively with both Abyss and CG I can assure you they're two - very different - people you weirdo.

In terms of the After Party scene, your media literacy sucks.

You sucked up to the developer, I don't know why but you know better. 2 completely different people make very similar games. with the same lines, similar dialogues, even the same ideas, just a miracle. it would be more like the truth if you lied that these are just 2 similar people. you still have a lot to learn how to lie!

They live in their fantasies and are not capable of thinking sensibly and seeing facts. They did not even notice that in 4 months of development they were given something that was created in 2 weeks and in a haphazard manner. But it seems they like to eat noodles from their ears.

I am aware you are not Ubisoft Ceo, what i am trying to tell is there is no way for you to change haters' ideas, they feed from chaos. And as for the logical people, they will never believe you (Or any other person who is in charge in game development), since devs can never be truly objective. I mean think about it, there is a guy who is working under a company, can this guy ever publicly say that company is lazy or malicious? So technically your comments can never be trully objective.

I hope you are aware i am not saying this to criticize you. I just believe in your position being part of arguments are useless and creates more harm than good.

As a supporter I support him making the story he wants to, as long as it's hot and keeps to his style I don't care too much. Where did you even get these random numbers from? And why do they matter? Should Tolkien have run a poll on whether the Fellowship should have "wasted" so much time wandering and not just get Frodo to cast the ring into the fire already? It's an artistic pursuit, the last thing I want to do is somehow change his vision of it. The scenes have been hot, I don't get your constant whining.
