sadly true, increasing the quality of the game out of love and passion for the game can do that. the more patrons effect whether being due to ill intentions or just passion from the dev happens for both reasons.

Yeah but what it have to do with "DLC", DLC means extra content, in this case what extra content are we talking about, the game its not even finished.

In fact, everything here may be very simple.
When the dev made the last update with a trip to the club, in ended he announced the release date of the "DLC" with Anya, i.e. in essence this event most likely should have been included in the update as part of its content, as well as the second "DLC", but the dev didn't have time get it in on time for release! In essence, these two "DLCs" are a logical ending to the last update and why it's called "DLC" is the question here is not clear, after all, these two add-ons could have been called version 0.5.1 and version 0.5.2, for example.

Exactly which in essence means chap 5 took so much to develop and the loop between chp5 and 6 keeps increasing and yet no release date in view anytime soon.

News are given in his Patreon and discord, you'd be surprised what he shares on there. I've noticed posts/news on there that haven't made it here sometimes. All I'm saying is that your prayers will probably come answered soon wink wink

Even if that doesn't negate the long time taken for chp5 and its dlcs then between them and chp6.
Wasn't trying to argue, was just telling you that news isnt typically shared here.
Yeah, it increased a bit of time. We're past 15 more days than what chapter 5 took to release. But given that his PC was having rendering problems due to hardware he had on the chap5 period which made rendering images felt impossible and frustrating sometimes for the dev... I genuinely think we're gonna be offered more content than chapter 5 since those problems aren't present anymore. Let's cross our fingers and hope for the best, friend.
