You know, I did post a comment made by CG on the discord quite a long time ago before which sort of plays in exactly to what I see here quite well. CG himself said - like 6-8 months ago now - that for him it's a plus if people are arguing about the game being nts/ntr/harem etc, he always planned for it to be a bit ambiguous in that respect. And this isn't new, I feel like people saying this is new forget a lot of stuff that happened early on, the NTS is obvious but there were already hints of harem and "NTR" (not true ntr but I digress). Whether it be Sonia hinting at a threesome with Eric/Laura in chapter 2 or Maki giving Eric a handjob and expressing interest in his size in chapter 3, or Ari getting thirsty for his dick pic in chapter 2 or Anya getting thirsty for that same dick pic (not knowing it's him) in chapter 4 combined with her constantly thinking about Eric even when he's not present from the very first PoV we get of her. And for the NTR... well Vi since pretty early on has shown she doesn't always wait for permission, but that's in no small part because she believes Eric enjoys it and he does.
When all is said and done it will have plenty of full on NTS, and yes plenty of "harem" elements and plenty of elements of other kinks and fetishes. But anyone calling this a "harem" game in a traditional sense... I don't know of any harem game where the so called "harem" goes off and fucks other guys constantly without permission of the MC, most don't even do sharing with permission. And yet, Maki certainly was not going to ask, and I highly doubt Ari will, hell Vi's barely asked for what she's done so far.
It's a game with a chaotic, frenetic energy which simply includes multiple genres.
