That is... an outright lie. As somebody who has conversed with CG on a number of occasions, literally been a proofreader for him and in the dev chat, the patreon/discord has no influence on such things. Nor is the game becoming "darker" though it is becoming less vanilla (that was always going to be the case over time) , also not sure where you get the idea the NTR crowd outweighs the NTS crowd, CG has done no polling on such a topic, nor does he really care. He already has the game he wants to make in mind.
Please don't create fabrications.
EDIT: I especially don't get where you have the idea NTR fans outweight NTS fans on the discord, when that's never even been close to my feelings reading through feedback/ideas/looking at fan art. Though again, CG doesn't poll such things nor will he, he's not going to be influenced by such things he has the success already to make the game he wants.

Based on what in the discord..? What are you talking about, you're completely just making random stuff up that's why I called you out. It's not about defending you're just lying. There's nothing "reaction wise" that implies more people are into NTR than NTS, not that a large number of people react in relation to the overall fanbase anyway.
And again, also you're lying about CG being so easily influenced by,... what reaction emojis? To... something? Dev arts? Fan arts? There's little to no "pro NTR" feedback so I have no clue what you're even talking about. I've been on the discord since nearly day one and have actually spoken with the guy at length, you're just making random things up.
Anyway have a good day, try to refrain from just lying for no reason though.

I do hope he will focus more on NTR and NTS. Both are fine with me. There are so many Harem games we dont another one. But i must i prefer that he didnt make Eric into a beta cuck like most NTR games.
How exactly did you measure that ?
How many people follow him and his work?
How many of those people are paid supporters?
How many of those people are part of the discord?
How many of those people are active on the discord?
How many of those people are commenting about NTS?
How many of those people are commenting about NTR?
Did you count it all?
Or are you simply seeing a few same people being hyper active and thats how you thought it is?

The funniest thing is, there isn't even a few hyper active NTR users, that's how insane the comment is. Like I could link all the recent feedback/suggestions/dev arts + reacts... nothing about any of it implies what he's saying even with the insanely low sample size. That's why it's just so beyond bizarre. Like there's not even some super users constantly calling for NTR.

I don't usually comment here, but I disagree with that. What I see most are NTS fans. We know the game is amazing, right? And whatever the dev decides to add, I'll keep playing.

It's easy to influence people, you can have few same people commenting constantly about something and people will get hit with "loud crowd" effect and think "this is how it is"
Even if it was just a small minority
As of now, only maki & sai's gf are shown as promiscuous. He teased unnecessary bbc content with anya in the earlier updates and it was totally unrelated to how the story went on. And i do think this will feel more like harem in the sense that MC will always remain in control. Losing control is what makes NTS fun in my opinion

If you completely lose control that isn't really NTS, that'd be full on NTR (Unless him having no control was itself part of the relationship dynamic) even NTS games that lean more heavily into the cuckold aspects almost never have an MC with no control. That doesn't mean Eric is fully in control of everything either, and I'm surprised you feel that way when so many complaints have been about the exact opposite. Personally I find both takes misguided, Eric is sometimes in full control and sometimes has limited to no control. It's contextual, depending on the situation, the characters involved etc...
But I am a little confused how you play through chapter 5 and 6 and feel Eric is "always in control" when both things at the club and photoshoot got crazy to a degree he didn't anticipate.
CG likes to play with elements of give and take in regards to control.
And in regards to Anya, you don't know for certain what will happen, content with Anya and Eric was also teased as far back as chapter 3 - go replay the beach sequence when Anya is literally about to take out her tits for Eric for example. But that doesn't mean nothing will ever happen with her and Rob (doesn't mean it WILL either, I'm just saying there's no gurantees), she's a slower burn than other characters though she only just had her first minor sexual scene with another person.

The discord is actually pretty quite as far as discussions go and is mostly active with the fanart channel and other art channels. There has been a habit amongst a particular certain crowd of making things up to try and sway public opinion about games like these.

I guess it was more about enforcing own preferences with some uprising as pressure
Man, I like NTS because of how much freedom it gives.
You can mix it with diffferent flavours like ntr, gangbangs, orgies , harem sharing, prostitution... to keep it interesting and unexpected, as long as it's well made obviously
Some things being just 1 time thing just to test how it would be and make them feel (main couple or side couple)
And if there is something people don't like, is it really so hard to just ask "Would it be possible to make it optional?"
Why people have to try and ruin something instead, there is no benefit in that for anyone

i didn't say he should lose all control. That will definitely be ntr lol & i don't think this dev will go into that zone. I guess i was looking for sex scenes of other characters not involving MC & got nothing. I'm no fan of teasing. You can't keep teasing for more than 5 updates & give us 0 sex scenes or atleast a BJ scene
Yeah i know that. But he kept on posting those stupid blacked teasers with anya on his patreon. Why even do that? He gotta stop doing that. She's an extremely slow burner & that's extremely frustrating. She might turn into a total whore for MC in the next update but i'm not sure if she's getting involved with others in the next few updates

What? There's literally no blacked teaser with Anya at any point in time on patreon... there's been posts with black dudes with blonde girls which I guess could be construed as Anya, but they were never meant to be her. The only dev art I even know with Anya and another guy was like a long ass time ago there was on the discord with Anya and a vague white guy. That and in the initial release instead of Ari it was Anya in Eric's first dream sequence, but that was basically an alpha concept and was completely rewritten - and Anya's character with it - since.
It could be much better if this game had options and people could chose whichever path they like
