That... isn't her. Anya has green eyes, neither of those girls have green eyes, neither has a ponytail either for that matter. The other post you just linked wasn't even made by CG, that was part of a fan art contest, and again is not Anya. I would know, considering WhatsReal who made that fan art is a friend of mine.
I truly appreciate the sit back and enjoy nature of the game and dont mind the lack of choices since I get to see what I want to see all the time, it also helps that the story is written in a good enough manner that i dont feel the need to omit or add anything

It's fine and I'm not even saying nothing like that will never happen, not only do I honestly not know but that wasn't really my point. Just dev art is dev art, even if it DOES involve a girl it doesn't guarantee it will happen in game, and certainly not when it isn't even the girl in question. CG just makes dev art he finds hot, it's not to be over analysed.
Has he ever done polls? Like the ones which dictates progression of the story & character development? That could provide a good insight of his fanbase
No, and he doesn't want to be influenced in that way from my previous talks with him. He once did a poll for side content - one of the 3 porn vids Vi had on her PC, and maybe he'd do it for something minor like that again - but his game is successful without the need to cater to the whims of polls. Game devs and authors don't poll their audience over things like this, I generally dislike caving to the audience in such a manner. Devs should stick to their guns and make the game they want to make.
The current plan is this year, he's said as much on the discord. Whether he makes that deadline I don't know, Christmas is a very busy time of year for a lot of people obviously.

What are you even on about. You guys have the same arguments all the time and they're absolutely baseless. The majority of successful devs make a product they want and either people like it or they don't. I would never support a dev that's a people pleaser. The game always turns to garbage.
Personally I'd rather not and hope blonde Vi is a one off, but that's just my opinion. I much more prefer brunette Vi.
I also prefer brunette Vi but I agree with the rest of his post. Vi is fun because she has her own desires and acts on them, not because she's just a prop for Erik.
That can be exclusive from a blonde Vi though. I'm not a big fan of devs changing hair colors for characters getting more slutty. I feel like it's a cop out or takes away from the excitement and eroticism. Like some kind of doppelganger. Right... but your disappointment doesn't really factor into whether or not something does or does not happen. Nor anyone else's disappointment. There will always be people disappointed, no matter what choice CG makes in regards to certain things, so ultimately it comes down to what he thinks best serves the narrative and project. All I know is that last I spoke to him about this exact thing it simply wasn't a priority at the moment, her current arc has to be finished off before anything further is explored in any case. I'm not saying X won't ever happen, I'm simply saying it isn't the current priority in her narrative.
Nothing has changed about Vi nor how much the focus is split, Anya has been in the game from chapter 1, and got at least as much screen time as Vi even in chapter 3 with her first PoV in that same chapter. Vi has also always been submissive to Eric at various times while pushing boundaries at others, again nothing has changed in that respect. I do find it interesting that half the complaints seem to be in regards to her doing too much without asking while the other half too little... perhaps that means CG hit the balance he was going for.
I don't think there's any intent whatsoever for Vi to only get slutty in the wig. It's just a way of having at least some level of anonymity - and only a little - for what was essentially a first softcore porn shoot.
