Ah, it's nothing really. People started arguing over NTR/Incest and that somehow turned into what's allowed on Patreon. There's nothing happening with MNGF.

They did play in Ch06, except it was interrupted. Eric's dick on her face plus the dialogue to go with it would already be problematic if it was an issue. CG might have to re-write some of the dialogue in the future if step-cest or any relation is against ToS, but for now people shouldn't be worried.
