At some point of the main quest Dr. Jordan just vanishes from the lab, you need to finish Mrs. Jordan quest trough save editing. Her variable is 245 and the quest is done at value 50. If you don't know how to edit saves, use this post as reference, just keep in mind that you are looking for variable 245 and you are changing it's value to 50, not to "true" or anything the like.

This bug has been fixed with this bugfix. Open the .rar and paste it's content inside the "www/data" folder. Overwrite when asked. Launch the game and play video game in the MC's room to active the bugfix.

There is but i don't know if it's updated, plus I've heard a lot of problems about it. Stick to the computer if you can, it's also easier to deal with bugs or manipulate the files if you want to, say, tranfers saves or apply bugfixes. Also, since you're new here, welcome!
