Taking the good with the bad. I must admit the flow of the game, has somewhat improved. The load times and lag has also improved (at least for me) along with much of the spelling. The spelling has gone from horrendous to slightly below average. If we look past the plain untranslated Spanish texts. Of course there's also all the darn bugs. But then again we have a very helpful community here... and giant tits in the game. Those are really important to me.

Thats a bug in the game in a few places. Just have sex with someone else different from hospital and it suppose to go away.

Virtually nothing there is always whispers etc in the discord but nothing as of yet. There is some "bad ends" at the party but you only see the NTR if you go out of your way to loose

That's a bug in the game for the longest while. Sneak skill will not fix this nor is it relevant in the game.
I updated the to fix this.
IMPORTANT: When you first use it with that save, you will get caught but this is so to correct the bug stored in save also. The second time you attempt it, it will work normal.
