His location is right after you pass the school outside gate entrance by the street, he is in the yard next to the main column in the middle. Time should be in the afternoon, it just says in the afternoon so I assume around 4-6pm. You can always spend time from 12pm.

You are using the mod, so I assume you read the features. Nothing is wrong with the game, that's the mod features. Makes life easier, so thats why I put the tinymon cards spawn right next to you.
You don't need to make any drinks and can see all 9 scenes. With the original (no pc cheat mod) I believe you are limited to 4 scenes if memory serves right

Yes your right but the game does not let you see all the scene in the game. You are limited to 4 I think excluding Sarah. Scenes as in sex scenes. So I assume you are using the PC Cheat Mod to get all those scenes.
There are multiple scenes with different girls (8 I think), one with Jason, and multiple scenes with Sarah (depending on how you try to save her or not). But you can only see one of Sarah scenes.
Hope this clear thinks up
