Hello, can someone help me with the Jason Quest? Have to buy the tickets and the two run away. Can't find these two. Where are they going?
which park is that? I already jumped around a lot in the city, and can't remember where the ticket guy was
that guy bugged? He just stays there forever, making the jet quest (get documents) impossible

Go far from all guards, use the bugfixer and unlock your character. Sadly you can't use it to cheese these stealth sections as the guards start seeing you through walls.
Cannot complete multiple quests:
Sandra-Frozen on her image after anal sex scene (have lube).
Pam-Finished anal and threesome with Nadine but it still say to visit her (bought pot from every dealer).
Sarah-Freezes after she dances (missing image error message).
Unable to work at Garage after buying first license
Cannot go have coffee with woman after babysitting
Any help would be appreciated. Played this game too long not to be able to finish.

A bit of reading and some searching would have answered all you problems. They are so common that I thought you were trolling for a second, the last question is the only unusual one.
Sandra - There is a bootleg solution where you need to edit your save and delete a line to make that image disappear(I think Sandra003 or something, you only need to delete that from between the quotes but not the quotes) or ask for an expert for help.
Pam - That's just a visual bug, after the threesome you are done with her.
Sarah - This is more of a generic "you issue". You should check the op if they have a bugfix link and read it because it might be important as not all gamedevs fix all the problems in their game. This is one such game. Also you mgiht wanna look for a way to enable incest or you might miss Sarah's and Lucy's scenes, and it also causes a gamebreaking bug later.
The garage job was cut, what you were seeing was the remnants after a not so surgical removal of it.
The babysitting job was touched too but I dunno what was done since I skipped it with Symphony's cheat mod and just looked at the scenes.
