That happened to me when i played the android version and it suck so much. If I were you, just play it on JoiPlay cuz you don't need to open the Gamepad (if you're using that app) and you can use cheats.
The cheats doesnt not affect the relationship points. That is the game itself. With or without the cheats, Pam would get 50 pts.
If you are following the guide then you probably already sold it to the clerk. You make the mold towards the beginning at Alexx's request. If I remember correctly then the clerk asks if she can buy it and you can either reject her or accept the offer and you get 200 dollars. The scenes just consist of the women using the mold of the main character's penis.

No that is for something else. This one was unique in that it was big and blue and as soon as you did the quest the choice was there. It was at the very very beginning like the 4th main quest you couldn't miss it(i think). So if you didn't sell it then you would have to either save edit somehow or start over.
It occures on the first Saturday after a full week in the old house,. If you skipped anything during that week, then it will not show up, best to start over.

Maria is your stepmom. You'll find your actual mom later in the game, and she is your mom regardless of the patch. The patch dictates wether you will or will not see the sex scenes with her (and Sarah, you biological sister, and I think most of Laura's threesomes)
